My Approach

In my practice, I use a combination of theoretical approaches.

We will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We will look at how your thoughts affect your emotions, behaviors, choices, and experiences, and, together, we will help you learn new ways to gain insight, amend your perspectives, and grow into new ways of thinking and living.

About Me…

My name is Rebecca Klik, and I am a licensed psychotherapist (LLMFT, LLPC), based in Rochester Hills, MI. I am dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges and grow into their best selves.

Therapy is about so much more than just managing symptoms — it’s about uncovering what’s holding you back, building new habits, and creating lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, personal transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I will walk alongside as you explore your values, set goals, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

My approach is collaborative and strengths‑based. I help you notice patterns that keep you stuck, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and equip you with practical tools to move forward. I also believe in the power of small, consistent steps — and in celebrating your progress along the way.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy antiquing, cooking, reading, learning new things, spending time with loved ones, and leaning into my faith. Profound gratitude and helping others give my life meaning and purpose!
